Return Process

Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Securely pack your CYCPLUS devices, including all original accessories, manuals, and packaging, to ensure the items are protected during transit.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send your package to our designated returns facility for inspection.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the gear, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 5-7 business days.
